We met Peter Chinman @theparkpoet. He is originally from Boston and now lives in Brooklyn.  He has a degree in Philosophy.  Both his parents are lawyers and they are OK with the different drummer he is marching to.  He told me that he actually makes a living.  Anyway he charges $1.00 to $100.00 for a poem. Over and over again courts have said that there is nothing sinister in so arranging one’s affairs as to keep taxes as low as possible. Everybody does so, rich or poor; and all do right, for nobody owes any public duty to pay more than the law demands: taxes are enforced exactions, not voluntary contributions.
