Below is the text of an email I am sending out to people who have showed some interest in my writing over the years.
I am writing to people who may have had some interest in my writing over the years. I wanted to let you know that I will no longer be posting to Forbes.com. I’ll tell you all about that but only in person and over a beer or maybe a cup of coffee, since I can’t handle that much beer anymore.
Everything I posted to Forbes.com is still there.
Almost all that material is also available on Your Tax Matters Partner, only with different pictures. There is also a lot of other material that was not tax-related or deemed by me to not be appropriate for Forbes and a sprinkling of guest posts.
I am continuing to write for Think Outside The Tax Box.
At least for now, I am resolving to dedicate more time to Your Tax Matters Partner. If you do take a look at it, I would really appreciate it if you posted a comment. Unfortunately, I find myself required to approve comments as I am plagued by spam comments.
I also would appreciate guest posts. Now and for the foreseeable future, I cannot provide any compensation for guest posts other than my appreciation.
Unless you are a tax nerd, you may not be aware that Your Tax Matters Partner has become something of a retro title as Tax Matters Partner has been dropped from the Code and replaced with Partnership Representative, which just does not have the right ring to it.
I’m open to suggestions for a new title even though I don’t mind being retro.
Please feel free to forward this to anyone you think might be interested.
Regards.
