I found it interesting that AmerGen when it spent its $93 million got essentially a bag of money nearly ten times as large along with the nuclear power plants. Everybody does so, rich or poor; and all do right, for nobody owes any public duty to pay more than the law demands: taxes are enforced exactions, not voluntary contributions.
